Immortal Tour

Tonight I was so excited to see Michael Jackson The Immortal tour by Cirque Du Soleil. I was not disappointed! It was a great show. The music and the performers. My goodness the performers. I wish I had a little of the talent that they have. It was by far my most favorite show. I am sorry Luther and Prince I still love you.

At this time I am so excited from the show I cannot get my thoughts together. I will have to continue tomorrow when I have processed what I have just witnessed.

Christmas Eve 2011

Today is the Christmas Eve dinner at my Older Uncles house. I say Older because he is my Oldest Uncle. I have a Uncle Younger than him so I will call him my Younger Uncle. It was a great time because we were all at his home, except for my oldest male cousin and my Big Bro. My oldest male cousin ( may I say my only male first cousin) lives in Colorado. It was a great day. My Grandmother came from the Senior Citizens home. It was the first time that she met her Great-Great Grandchildren. To look around the room and see what she has created is Amazing. The 2 year olds where just a little too much for Grand Mother. She needed to go back home.

Other wise it was a lot of fun. Back to Big Bro! I learned today that he is in the hospital. He had been having chest pains for the past few weeks. Today he was takin to the hospital and he is staying overnight. When I spoke with him today, he wanted food, but not the hospital food because lets face it, it is really not that good. Judging from todays feast at my Older Uncles home, the hospital food just does not measure up.

I was really happy today. It was a gready day with the family. I am hoping we have more of these days and not just because its Christmas. But because we need it.

Ozzy

I have a dog named Ozzy. I love me some Ozzy. I got him a few years back when I dog sat for my co-worker's family. Her name is Lilly. She was a lab and for about 2 months afterwords, I kept finding dog hair. She really shed.

Back to Ozzy he is the cutest dog on the planet. I got him from a local shelter. I made my Lil' Bro' go to the shelter with me. I beat out some 7 year old kid and an elderly person for this dog. When I saw these people coming to look at my dog, I made the shelter worker take him from the cage because he was coming home with me. I must say, I had to have a dog that is almost as fabulous as me. That is what I got. He loves to walk and go to the dog park and play with his large and ever growing basket of toys.

A week or so ago we went to the 12K's of Christmas which is a walk/run event (the JOB) sponsors. He had his Elf collar on (the Bro's don't like it! Who Cares he is cute).

Well, Saturday I went to Brio Tuscan Grille, the food was great. I ordered theSpicy Shrimp with Eggplant and the Lobster & Shrimp Ravioli with Crab insalata. I don't know what "insalata" is but is was very, very good. When I go out to a new place to eat, I always like to take home leftovers, if the food is still good the next day, it is alright with me. The food was very good the next day.

On the other hand, the service was, hall we say not the best. Although our server was very, very pleasant, she was not the best at her job. She was very forgetfull. I did not order the salad with my mill but, it was brought out to me twice. One of my friends said that I should just take it and eat. I did not but at the end of the mill, I should have. The people at the next table got $50 off the meal. My friends and I did not complain because, I feel that we are working stiffs too. I know that its like to be frazzled and make errors. I'am choosing to believe that she was new at being a server. Its not an eazy job. Especially on Saturday dinner service.

I will eat at Brio again. I thought it was a great evening.

Not Dead

Some people who have follow my blog think that its dead in the water (you know who you are)! Well its not! I just have not had anything to say.

In the next few weeks I will be back with lots to write about. Like Christmas Dinner with the girlfriends, Christmas Dinner and my Uncles home, Michael Jackson Cirque du Soleil and The New Years Eve Wine Tasting event. I also will write about the great Christmas Dinner at my Mom's home. She really has not committed to making dinner yet. I have hope that she will come around.

This should give me plenty of stuff to talk about.

Great Day at the Job

Today I had a great day at the JOB! This is because my co-workers returned from vacation today. Lets share. One will be known as "The BOSS". Now I know that some of you would say, "what you talkin about Willis" but she is a cool chick! I have know her for quite some time now and we have gone thru some good times together. I am really proud of what we have build and and very protective of our operation. So, I will probably keep her for a while. Maybe when we get to 60 I will trade her in for a 20!

The other is my favorite little sister (Lil' Sis') that I have always wanted. When I got to know her, I told The Parents that she is the sister that I wanted when I found out that I got a Lil Bro instead. Don't get me wrong, I will keep the Lil Bro but this way I got what my parents will really not give me. Although, Mom has said about a million times that " Damit, you are not going have a sister and you need to realize it! Lil Sis is the one who is helping me to keep blogging because she checks on me. Do you believe it the nerve of these kids! She is checking me!

So today was a great day 2 of the people to are continuing to shap me have returned!

wireless router

Well, its been 2 days since my 2 hour phone call with Belkin. I still cannot use my laptop at my kitchen table. I may have to take it back to the store. I am not going to spend money on something that is clearly not working. All of my setting are correct as far as I can see however and all of the wires are plugged in, however, I simply cannot disconnect the wires and blog from that kitchen table. What to do! What to do! Maybe I should just take it back. I will let you know what happens.

Well, I have just spent 2 hours of my life speaking with some about how to set up my wireless router. I cannot get this time back! It is gone forever! I think that I am able to use my laptop at my kitchen table, which was the goal. I don't know tonight because I am tired.

I must post something because MAR will be looking at my blog while sitting on the beach. So, I wanted to post about the movie that I saw this past weekend "Bad Teacher" but don't have the energy to day that. I will say that I not only wasted my free movie pass but money and time.

Once I get my mind right from the 2 hour session with tech support, I will be more in the mind frame to tell you about my dinner at Blue Wasabi.

trying to figure it out

I am really trying to figure out how to post to this blog. I believe I wrote a comment. I think that it was to myself. If I could figure out how to read it, I will post it again. It was about my Mom's 60th birthday party at the VFW. We had a great time. Its been a long time since I have been out until 3:00 am. I would do it all over again for the best Mom in the world.

I wanted to introduce you to my Big Bro' and my Lil Bro'. They are funny people. I don't know if they realize how much I love them so I will share that with the world. More about them later.

Today was a good day. I had a great day at the JOB and I saw my Grandmother and my Mom. I feel really lucky to have them.

I am struggling with how much of me I want to share. It will probably get better over time, but for now this is what I can give.
